Hello Again!

If you would like to discover more about Coaching and how you can apply it to your day to day activities, then this is the place for you!

We have put together a series of light-hearted events, usually involving lunch, which will give you an insight into why we do some of the things that we do (our behaviours) and how we can change some of our behaviours in order to get better results in almost everything we do.

Our events fall into two distinct categories – personal and professional.

Personal

Many of my friends were intrigued to discover what a “Life Coach” actually did and having failed miserably in trying to explain the various theories and techniques to them, in desperation I asked them to complete several relatively easy exercises and translated their results back to them. They were fascinated by the accuracy of the results and found the whole concept of self-discovery and self-awareness extremely fascinating and enjoyable to the extent that they wanted to repeat the experience at regular intervals. To make it more enjoyable I suggested we met over lunch – and so my “indulgence with a purpose” Ladies Lunch Club was formed.

Lunch Topics range from: Discover The Real You – inside and out! You’ve heard of Speed Dating but do you know how to Speed Read People? How long do you have to make a First Impression (good or bad)? Why Am I Always In A Destructive Relationship? Why do nice girls always fall for bad boys? Do you get in the way of your own success or happiness? Its not what you say but how you say it ....and many more. You’ll be in there somewhere, I promise!

Professional

Many bosses, male and female, have commented on how easy it is to reward their male colleagues in the workplace – a corporate day at football, rugby or cricket matches or even a day on the Golf Course are fairly common place. However, these hold very little, or no, appeal to their female colleagues.

That said, apart from an occasional trip to a Health Spa, a day at the Races or Gift Vouchers from a favourite Department Store, many Bosses struggle to find a ladies only equivalent where they can reward their female employees for a job well done or to which they can take some of their most valued female clients.

So, after numerous requests, we have put together several variations of our now infamous Ladies Lunches and Corporate Ladies Days which we think will accommodate most needs, interests and budgets.

Alternatively, you may wish to arrange your own Corporate Ladies Day or another Event at a venue of your choice and we can provide the “indulgence with a purpose” entertainment.

Whatever your preference, I am certain we can make it an enjoyable yet informative experience for your female employees, your top female clients or professional connections.
