How We WorkOur Mission: To enhance the enthusiasm and passion in individuals to achieve their goals and maximise results!!We prefer to work with our Clients on a face to face basis with regular follow up contact via telephone and/or email, as required. Most of my Clients are introductions from existing clients or from Networking events such as Leeds Chamber(www.leedschamber.co.uk), Forward Ladies (www.forwardladies.com) and other professional connections. We always like to meet with our prospective clients for a coffee as it is important to ensure they fully understand what a Coaching Programme entails. They are under no obligation to pursue matters further, however, it provides a good opportunity for the two parties to meet and to decide whether they would be able to work together going forward. A Coaching Programme is a very personal and at times very challenging experience and, therefore, it is crucial for both parties to feel comfortable with each other. This equally applies to professional clients where the employer may be financing the Coaching programme; there is little merit in trying to Coach an employee who is totally dis-interested or whose sole purpose is to sabotage the programme in an attempt to disprove some of the techniques used. In such instances the employer’s money may be better spent directing the funds towards more deserving individuals within the company. Please note, we do not offer “off the shelf” programmes. Typically, a Coaching Programme may comprise of any one or a combination of the following options:a) A series of bespoke One to One sessions - from £150 per sessionThe number of sessions and their duration may vary depending on individual requirements and previous experience of coaching, but invariably they are in the region of 90 minutes per session. b) Group Sessions/Presentations - price on applicationThese can be of a more formal, professional nature either in the workplace or at a venue of your choice. Alternatively, they can be less formal, fun and flexible depending on your preference. Whether you are looking for a one off session, a series of ad-hoc presentations or a more structured bespoke programme to address a wider audience, do get in touch by CONTACT US Whilst many of the techniques used by Coaches are similar, it is their interpretation and application that make the difference between an average or good coaching programme and an excellent one! c) Workshops - price on applicationWe do not offer “off the shelf” coaching workshops. Each workshop is tailored to your specific needs or those of your Company and staff. For more information, please CONTACT US. e) Ongoing SessionsOn achieving their goals and aspirations many clients are anxious to ensure they remain on track, or indeed, they may find they are moving their original track (goalposts). To that end, we offer ongoing “maintenance” sessions which ensure the Clients continue to remain focussed and do not become another failed New Year’s resolution! We are all familiar with the saying, old habits die hard and if left to our own devices we are likely to revert back to our original comfort zones.
