Hello again! As mentioned on one of my earlier pages, have you ever made a New Year’s resolution, started a diet or fitness programme? How long did they last? Have you ever experienced problems communicating with your loved ones, friends or work colleagues? Is your confidence at an all time low. Or maybe you are stuck in a rut or generally at a cross roads in your life? And what about your finances? How in control are you of your financial wellbeing? Managing the saver-spender quandary - A pair of shoes or saving for that rainy day? Have you ever considered the impact your attitude towards money and wealth may have on your daily business decisions not to mention your bank and credit card balances? And then there’s work - targets, budgets, margins. The list is endless. So what has changed? Today’s SocietyIt’s a well known fact that in today’s society people are becoming more and more stressed because of the demands made upon them. Attaining a good work-life balance is becoming increasingly difficult. The pace of life is getting faster and faster due to technological advancements and even commuting has now become a highly stressful experience. Add to this soaring divorce rates and failing relationships often making the family unit ever more complex – ex-husbands, ex-partners, ex-in-laws, stepchildren – and we begin to see why so many of us are turning to experts to help us redress our daily lives. Is change really possible?Only you can answer that. If you are totally at ease with being you, totally satisfied with where you are in life and who you are there with, or, if you are perfectly satisfied with your achievements to date and with what the future has in store for you, then what is there change? However, if you feel everything is great but what now? Where now? Or you are doing great but know you can do better. Or you feel you have lost your way a little and could do with getting back on track or even perhaps finding a new track. Or perhaps you find yourself constantly juggling work, family and friends? If this sounds like you then change IS possible but only if you really want it and only if you are really committed to making it happen. With a little extra guidance using tried and tested techniques you CAN go that extra mile, you CAN focus on where you want to be and how you CAN get there. With a little extra help you really CAN restore that balance in your life and even create some “me” time. Or perhaps you need guidance with your personal, professional and financial development thus enabling you to reassess and re-organise your life in terms of career, relationships, confidence and self-esteem; discover and develop your “hidden” talents and changing that mindset of CAN’T do into CAN do! Alternatively, you may just prefer someone to talk to - a confidante outside of your normal circle whom you can trust with your innermost thoughts, concerns and secrets without them being too close, too emotionally involved, reporting back to the boss or, most importantly, being overly judgemental. If you can relate to any of the above, allow me to help you discover The Real You and discover that it is ‘OK’ being the real you! At this point it is important to note that we constantly review progress and work towards realistic expectations rather than the unattainable. Next StepYou can continue thinking about making changes or you can keep meaning to get round to it or you can keep making excuses why you can’t do something about it or alternatively you CAN decide that now is the time to discover The Real You. You will be amazed with the results and you will be amazed at how much fun you will have doing it. So, finally, is it really for you?Don’t be another failed New Year’s resolution, failed diet or failed fitness programme. Take action now.
